The item I ordered was supposed to arrive within 48 hours, but it was somehow "accidentally transferred to Inverness," which is about 2 hours away from my location. I spent 45 minutes on the phone, only to be told they are "sorry," but I should monitor the tracking myself. I can report it missing on the 17th and then request a refund from the seller. The 48-hour tracking is just an "estimate," and despite them not being able to see it in their "system" three days after the last update, they won't declare it missing for another five days. It's a Christmas gift, and calling their support unhelpful would be an understatement. It would be better to return it to public ownership and have representatives cover the costs from their own salaries, especially with their frequent pay increases for minimal effort.
