2 weeks after the delivery they charged my credit card for package being overwight.(even though it wasn't) I queried this but they could not provide any evidence. They said it was up to me to prove the correct weight. Fortunately it was for item purchased directly from the manufacturer so they could confrim the weight. Still parcelhero refused to credit the extra amount charged so I went to my credit card company to obtain a refund.. So beware. I suspect they were chancing their arm.
