PARCELHERO FRAUDULENTLY TOOK MONEY from my account 10 months after i had dealings with them. Check the one star review on trustpilot and it is obvious this company is criminal.
Employed parcelhero to deliver a parcel but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. I brought extra insurance. The courier paid parcelforce the claim for £900.00 but parcelforce is making it impossible for me to claim the money off of them.This is almost fraud so I am employing a solicitor to pursue the case. I would rather have the solicitor have my money than parcleforce steal it from me
Terrible communication, ignored emails and took money from my account without permission!
I shipped a parcel with parcelhero in January of this year. From the UK to the USA - initially all seemed well, the parcel was collected by Fed-ex and made it most of the way. I was then contacted by fed-ex asking for more details which I sent to them well within the time frame. When my parcel continued to languish in customs I contacted Parcelhero for support on the 10th February (offering to share the email chain that fedex had received the information they needed in time and had confirmed receiving it) and stating clearly that I did not want the parcel returned
- they did very little aside from tell me that the parcel was due to be returned and that I would have to pay resend it again. I promised to update me within 2-4 days they did not!
I followed up with parcel hero on morning of the 17th asking for an update and clarification. Between sending that and getting a reply fedex returned my parcel.
On the 20th of February I was told that the return was chargeable (after it had already been returned) and that the money would be taken from my account.
I objected to this, and referred back to my email on the 10th feb where I said I do not want the parcel returned.
The money has since been taken from my account and I have had no further communication from parcelhero
The parcel got to Barcelona, one stop from delivery but Spanish customs were insisting on a merchant number assuming it was a commercial parcel. It wasn't, it was a personal gift to a friend who has no merchant number as a private individual. This was expressed several times to ParcelHero, UPS and Spanish customs but no effective development or resolution occurred. The parcel sat around for a month or so, then was returned to me in the UK 2 months later. Very disappointed in the lack of effective management in transit by ParcelHero and no Xmas present for my friend in SpIn
Awful. Over charged significantly over what was quoted - very conveniently just under the total value of the item being returned. Then had repeated charges to our account even after raising a dispute. Fobbed off and told they are essentially a middle man to the delivery company. Zero control over their systems.
Got charged for incorrect weight after the parcel was delivered.
I measured the weight carefully. They did not provide any proof of what the new weight was. Was not given any warning about this new transaction.
Turns out quite a few people have been stung by this in the past, won't be using again.

I sent two boxes to Libya through parcelhero This was my first time using this company , and unfortunately it will be my last.
One of the boxes was returned to the UK without any explanation after 15 days .and now I am being asked to pay £90 extra charge
I do not understand why I should be charged when the box was returned without any clear reason or prior communication.
I am very disappointed with this experience and the communication was horrible.
I arranged for the pickup of a large parcel that complied with the measurements and weight I provided, costing £30.17. I have evidence of the size. This was on December 16th. Now, on January 13th, I've been hit with an extra charge of £74.34 because the parcel was deemed oversized! This is completely outrageous, and I fail to see how this can be legal. There's no way to reach a representative, and all support responses are automated. Many other reviews echo the same sentiment – one star feels overly generous. This seems like a scam. I've also reported this to the appropriate authorities. STAY AWAY!
