My parcel should have been collected on Tuesday 14th. I paid £68 for next day delivery I've been treated unfairly on the chat 3 times they were going to sort it out and still nothing has been done...No reply now!! They don't have humans to sort things out. The Service is ridiculous. I've emailed twice/ on chat 3 times with excuse after excuse…i definitely will not be using them again...very unprofessional 16/04/2026
