I can't express how frustrated I am. I sent a £300 item to Ireland (£24) with customs properly completed, yet they made a digital mistake. I'm still waiting for the item since November 25, and there's no urgency from the support team to assist with a return or refund. They hide behind emails and complicated language—avoid this service at all costs. After 12 years of using them, I feel completely disrespected. The tracking number is CK250720527GB; it's a joke.
