It is the worst locker delivery system I’ve seen so far. You may receive a package and not get a notification. You also may receive a package, but it won’t show up in your app, and you will need to use information from an email. But not the barcode that they sent. The barcode doesn’t work. You should use your phone number. And then a pin. What pin, because you didn’t set up any? Well they can send you a pin with a separate email. Oh you have a second package at the same moment? Well, not in the same locker. And also, a different email. But this time the barcode works. Another option is you receive a package but no notification no email. You may only find out from the carrier parcel tracking. But still no pickup info. Basically 20 dollars wasted (oh yes, you have to pay to enroll).
