Great concept, but Amazon doesn’t train their employees to utilize it. Or the Amazon employees just don’t care. And when I contacted support, I was given an answer that was completely wrong.
The Amazon app showed that the driver was still “in route”. We received the Parcel Pending locker code, and when we went to check the parcel locker it was empty. I reached out to support to check that when the driver does actually deliver the package if the locker would still open again or if because we already “picked up the package” per the Parcel Pending app, it would affect the delivery process. Here is the answer I was given:
After reviewing our lockers, I recommend that you contact your Leasing Office regarding the possibility of a misdelivered package. Your package may have been placed in a different locker. Kiosk: A Locker: 74
Please understand that we are unable to provide the access code in this case, as the package is considered a mis delivery. This means that the courier may have mistakenly placed the package into another unit. This is why we have granted your property access to our locker system for situations like this.
The amazon driver did deliver the package eventually, but not in the locker, they dropped it off at our apartment door. Totally fine. But the inaccurate info provided by support and pushing me off on the leasing office (which also, our leasing office does nothing about packages. Just fyi. We always had issues, which is why we got parcel pending but we still have issues, so most likely we will be canceling the service in the near future.
I had a packaged delivered over the holiday weekend that I wasn’t able to retrieve immediately and I’m always working long hours so I couldn’t visit my leasing office. My leasing office told me to reach out to parcel pending and I connected with their SMS service. Tina helped me solve my issue very efficiently and she was very pleasant.
I received notification of package delivery from the shipper. I did not receive an access code from Parcel Pending. The support department acknowledged the tracking number and prof if delivery, but refused to issue access to the package room. I was instructed to contact my leasing office who instructed me to contact Parcel Pending.
After I opened my locker and it was empty, I reached out to parcel pending and was assisted by Gabriela thru text. She quickly investigated my issue and sent the correct locker that had my package. Saved me a lot of stress and saved my day honestly! Thank you again, Gabriela!
Quick and to the point. Was able to get a locker audit initiated for my missing package. I wish I had known that was an option the last time I lost a package! Anyways, glad to have the sms option since it's much quicker than sitting on hold for an agent.
From my experience, packages are constantly getting lost. They say their system is down and want you to manually enter your information to find it. It is not helpful if I still end up having to do all the work to locate my packages.
My parcel box was not connected to the internet so I never received a PIN number. Roberto was so kind and accommodating while helping with my issue. He swiftly explained the issue and gave me my PIN number. They were so successful and I am beyond grateful 🙏
I moved and my apartment now have this Parcel Express locker that was build to help people. Well it's no help me overall. I update my delivery informations for ONLY FRONT DOOR with Parcel, Amazon, Fedex and USP. But time to time the delivery guy ignorante this note and leave heavy packages on the lockers. So I need be looking for my packages on snow, carrying heavy box that I already paid the service to my door. I never have this situation in any place that I lived. The Parcel no have any process to avoid this situation or block the delivery people to no follow instructions. They are help the lazy delivery that just stop on the office and if have this lockers they are allow to unload the how truck there. If no fit the lockers they put on the locker room, what make they life more easy and fast that go apt by apt. So, I don't see any help with this parcel, if no have it on my building, my packages will be on my door. I don't recommend this service with low quality and control!
I had a package delivered to the package room, but it was too heavy for me to carry. I assumed I could use the same code to access it another day, but that didn’t work. My assembly professional was already at my address. I contacted the support team, and they opened the package room for me after verifying my information, letting me in in under 10 minutes. I was really pleased, especially since it was Sunday at 4 pm—I didn’t expect to reach anyone! Thank you for the quick help!
