They use scare tactics to get more money out of you, even if you already paid. They send daily emails (which you can't block, unless you don't want to be notified that you have a package, which they bill you $3 per day, everyday). It's a scam company with scam scare tactics design to RIP YOU OFF. This company needs to be investigated at the least and preferably shut down. Horrible people. Terrible scam. I would advise people to NOT RENT at a place that has ParcelPending as their package service.
