They damaged 5 of my parcels and didn't provide any compensation. They closed the claims saying that the parcel couldn't possibly be damaged in that way during transit, although my customer send images of the outer packaging which was clearly showing damage from handling the parcel! Parcel 2 Go rejected the claims and emailed to tell me they won't consider any future damage claims. There is no customer service. They just copy and paste some long template replies that don't actually provide any information.
