Booked a parcel collection on the 4th June for collection on the 5th by DX. Order and tracking provided. Not collected. When I tried to find out why they stated they had no info from DX and it was up to DX. Was then told by DX it would be delivered on 6th. (today). Now 8pm and no collection. Seems Parcel2Go could not care less once they have your money. The order is through Parcel2Go and it is for them to solve the problem.
