If they weren't the only place that I could order transcripts, I would never use this website ever again. I had an order cancelled and received a credit on my account. I ended up making a new order for less money than the original order and the credit was applied, then I tried to use the credit again and it wasn't showing up as an option to use. I submitted a message to the Member Support only to be informed that "The credit that was given to you is good for 1 order and it will not be per amount of the order that you will place." This was never informed to me when the credit was granted, which if that is the policy then it is not unreasonable to expect that you inform this in writing to your customers. If you can avoid using their services, I would highly recommend that you do.
