Canceling an order should be easierI have not had a lot of problems with this service in the past, but I accidently placed a secondary order. Instead of just being able to cancel the order myself, like you could apparently do in the past, I had to contact support. While I can understand that they may have changed this system for a reason, they don't make it particularly easy to do find how to do that. There is nothing on your profile that instructs you on how to do this, and instead you have to go looking for it on google. Then you have to go looking for the correct form to fill out to have a support staff cancel your order. It's annoying and I was getting quite frustrated just trying to do.
