Needed my transcript and paid for international priority overnight delivery - after numerous phone calls (very rude customer service) and emails , was told that the transcript was returned after 10 days. Reordered, and cannot find a tracking number now. It has been over 2 weeks for an overnight shipment. This is a call to all universities to stop using their services because this is too much effort for receiving my own transcript.
