They canceled my order, so I reordered it. When they refunded only half of my original order, it turned out that they only canceled half of it, but notified me wrongly. When I received them, and saw that the quality is worse than Shein but the price was extremely high, I immediately asked for a return, and also because I received the items twice due to their fault. They told me I have to pay for the return and since it came from outside my country I have paid a huge price (literally 5 hours of work salary). They refunded me in the WRONG CURRENCY so my bank charged me again a huge amount for conversion. It’s impossible to talk to them, as they reply once a week and if you check their Instagram, you can see that millions of people have the same issue. CANCEL THEM! They also sent my friend’s order with the “beep” on it, like she stole it from the store.I am currently writing an email to Consumer Protection because this is disgraceful.
