Ordered a pair of shoes in two different sizes. When they arrived the size that fit best had poor stitching to the strap, so much so that the lining was sticking out. I emailed to ask if they could provide a partial refund in order for me to get the item repaired, they said they 'don't do partial refunds' and sent me a returns label. Not very helpful. I told them I would reluctantly keep the faulty shoes as I really liked them, and returned the other pair using their return label. They deducted my postage cost as well. Upset that this company doesn't appear to stand behind the quality of their products and that their customer service is severely lacking. The refund also took 5 weeks.

Great products bought in the sale

Was dreading my order as I hadn't read these reviews. However I was very surprised at the quality of the items I bought. It did take a few weeks to arrive but they are coming from Portugal. I was kept informed by tracking all the time. Not had to deal with customer service, but wouldn't hesitate to order again. Everything I bought was in the sale so great bargains

VERY Disappointed

It took very long time for my order to arrive and didn't have the information about why it took so long time. I had a wedding so I planned ahead and bought a bag for this event. Still, I didn't receive it in time and had to send it back. In return, I now have to Pay(!) 106 kronor for the return, even though they delayed the order in first place.

Cancel them! (Or check their Insta comments before ordering)

They canceled my order, so I reordered it. When they refunded only half of my original order, it turned out that they only canceled half of it, but notified me wrongly. When I received them, and saw that the quality is worse than Shein but the price was extremely high, I immediately asked for a return, and also because I received the items twice due to their fault. They told me I have to pay for the return and since it came from outside my country I have paid a huge price (literally 5 hours of work salary). They refunded me in the WRONG CURRENCY so my bank charged me again a huge amount for conversion. It’s impossible to talk to them, as they reply once a week and if you check their Instagram, you can see that millions of people have the same issue. CANCEL THEM! They also sent my friend’s order with the “beep” on it, like she stole it from the store.I am currently writing an email to Consumer Protection because this is disgraceful.

Online order never arrived. After email and phone contact still no further along in information or return of money. Customer service is the worst!!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. One of my online purchases is faulty and they are making it impossible to return as communication is so bad.

Online returns form does not work

Online returns form does not work. No other way to contact them as their online help for does not work either. Very disappointing as I want to return quite a few items and the deadline is approaching. I have no way of getting in touch with Parfois to arrange the return of these items. I would avoid shopping online unless you are sure you want to keep your order!

Shocking customer service

Why have an online service if you don t send out the items. I ordered and paid for items in early January and did not receive them yet. They blamed the snow in Northern Spain. I did get a refund and thinking it was a once off, I ordered again. Still no sign of the items and no response to my e mails. Order gets as far as the "Hub" and remains there. Shocking delays. I won t order again.
