After deciding to return one pair of shoes, it was only then that I was informed that post-brexit they still didn’t have a returns solution in place. Absolutely ridiculous that they opened up purchasing and shipping to the U.K. without having a returns process in place. After several attempts to get a resolution I will now be disputing this through my bank.
