Before I put my trust and gave my money to the company, I read all the good reviews and comments about the delivery time and the accuracy. I made the first time purchase and trusted that the product would be delivered before I left town. Plane ticket was bought. No product showed up at my door as they promised. I contacted them through email every day about the missing package and about my situation but no response. They said they reached out to me but I checked all my inboxes NOTHING. After I had to leave, they emailed me saying they sent out a replacement package to the address. I appreciated the process of trying to replace the lost package however I was no longer there to receive it. I wish I had been able to communicate to the team prior to that. It’s extremely frustrating and upsetting!!!! On my behalf, I shouldn’t have put 100% trust on the promised and accuracy of the delivery time and communication between customers and the brand. At this point, I want my money back!
