Over-the-top customer service. I bought a perfume and wanted a couple of samples for my wife to try aside from the complimentary perfumes that comes with it. The package had already been shipped, but they still sent the two sample perfumes in a separate package for free. FedEx 2-Day delivery.
One thing about me is I’m very picky, but once I love a brand I stick with them and Perfume De Marly is a brand that I love love . I have about 5 different types their collections and pray to purchase more .. One more thing I wish they produce more oils for each perfume ..
Total customer service oriented. Such fine details. From the carefully chosen notes to the curation to the composition details both in the refund and the bottles. Delina Rose and Haltane (and Greenley) are stand outs. Thank you for taking the time to create and leave a beauty legacy in this world of perfumes.
Solo diré Guaoooooo me encantaron los tonos de los perfumes. Tiene unas tonalidades que los hacen exclusivos. Yo e pasado por varias familias de perfumes. CK, DG, Paco R y por último Chanel. Sin embargo, esta rama de perfume de Marly tienen algo que no había sentido anteriormente. En especial Castley me cautivó y tiene una durabilidad en la piel de 12 horas comprobado. Aún no he probado los otros pero lo haré. Los recomiendo. I'll just say Wow! I absolutely loved the scents of these perfumes. They have unique tones that make them truly special. I've tried several perfume lines: CK, DG, Paco R, and finally Chanel. However, this Marly line has something I haven't experienced before. Castley, in particular, captivated me, and it has a proven 12-hour longevity on the skin. I haven't tried the others yet, but I will. I highly recommend them.Je suis tout simplement bluffée ! I experienced an issue while trying to order a Discovery Set. The system kept showing an error when selecting the complimentary 5ml, no matter which option I chose.I contacted customer support, and they handled it very professionally. They explained the situation clearly and arranged for the complimentary 5ml to be sent separately after I received the set.Overall, great customer service and smooth resolution. I really appreciate how they took care of the issue without hassle.
I’ve never purchased a product and been as pleased as I was with my recent Parfums de Marly. The quick delivery, the personable customer service, the mind blowing presentation and of course the best product I’ve ever used. Opening this delivery was like unwrapping a gift on Christmas.
