I placed an order and paid in full, but a week later, I received an email stating my order was canceled due to stock issues. Now, over a week later and after three emails inquiring about my refund, I've received no reply. I called them and reiterated my concerns, giving them a 24-hour deadline for my refund. If it’s not resolved, I will escalate the matter. I will not engage with this company again.
