I received the worst customer service ever! I placed an order on September 13th and was told to wait for dispatch. When Monday came, I received no tracking information, and they claimed my order was delivered on Saturday, but I have no proof of this. They provided a delivery confirmation with someone else's signature. I simply asked them to send the item properly; I'm not even requesting a refund. Now, they are ignoring my emails. This has been a terrible experience for a first-time customer.
