I paid a premium for bottles that were clearly used and had missing liquid. I reached out for assistance in correcting this, either by sending what was missing or issuing a partial refund. Instead, they insisted I buy more bottles and might discount shipping costs on a second order. It's absurd to expect a customer to make another purchase to fix an error. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. Thankfully, I used a payment service that sided with me and issued a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
