Any inquiries go unanswered. I understand if they are busy, but complete silence after a parcel went missing and then showed up damaged weeks later is unacceptable. They accused me of attempting to deceive them, which was the only response I received. Now, I'm left with a damaged product and a very negative experience. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
