I am very dissatisfied with the service. I ordered three products but only received two, despite having paid in full. I have tried to contact them multiple times via email and their messaging platform but have received no response. The customer support is terrible, with no updates, explanations, refunds, or efforts to resolve their mistake. For a service that charges premium prices, one would expect at least basic communication and accountability. I will not be making any future purchases and strongly advise others to reconsider, as they seem unresponsive if issues arise.
