Terrible experience, they will take everything you have, you will play £30 no bonus and just whenines are starting to come through the screen would appear with (server error) and force me to reload, when you reload the game is reset along with you win/loss ratio so the game assumes you as a new player, slimy company that I will be reporting to the gambling commission not only because of the terrible plays/theft/customer abuse above but I am signed up to Gamstop and they have broken their agreement with this company by letting me play, if they did I would never have been able to sign up let alone deposit and play. No Identity checks, The only positive thing is quick withdrawals and don’t take that as I won, I withdrew at a loss. Very disappointed and filled with rage.

It has been over one month i have made 4 deposites if 10000/- each total 40000/- Since 30 days i have been mailing them , sending all the proofs of sucessful deposite , i have shared my bank trasection ans bank statement with parimatch till now i only recieve automated answers , 40000 is not a small amount and these shamless people are doing nothing about my hard eaened money . ...i have aent 1000 mails but in every mail they reply there dedicated team is working and i ll have to wait , they are simple shameless frauds and cheater who are running parimatch do not treat there customers in a right and peoper way , these parimatch theif do not even bother about there customer like me who is actually begging for his own money which has been sucessfully deposite , i have raise many tickets i have done chatting with them , i have e mailed them mkre than 100 times but these shameless people are not returning my own money to me please any one help me reaching this currupt parimatch theifs management please anyone help me now i m helpless with there replies of wait waiting
Honestly I never write reviews but i had to on this one this parimatch. Are parasites they are just after your money I signed up ad a new customer and it says you don't have to opt in as a new promotion place £10 and that's it. However I got a email as after my bet settled I thought it was strange I didn't get my money they basically said they can remove the promotion at anytime and I'm not entitled to any promotions or any promotions in the future but I can place bets? They can do 1 they are parasites. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THE PROMOTION IS STILL AVAILABLE. BUT YOU WONT RECEIVE YOUR FREE BETS STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY

Wish I read all the negative reviews before joining with these time wasters. Its been over 3 weeks and still my account is restricted. My advice is to log your complaints through Resolver and press for a deadlock letter, then you can escalate to IBAS and the UKGC. Letting people not withdraw or delaying verification is a direct infringement on the UKGC licence so do not let these lot off!
