This place does not follow industry rules...be aware. They tell you (unrestricted state) that the redemption will take up to 7 business days and no more that $200 at a time. What??? This is not legal, how they are delaying the payout for approval that long and limiting the amount so low. Be aware and do not trust this place.
Great customer Service. Quality platform. Keeps you engaged without being overwhelmed with to many activities. I have got bonuses playing tournaments that i didn't have to pay for and didn't even know I was in quite frankly. Lots of games that pay out. Quick turn around when you do redeem. Only thing is you can only redeem 200 every 24 hours... And when I have coins just laying around waiting.. they seem to dispear... but thats on me. Would highly recommend this platform
They’ll let you hit here and there and cash out 100$ each time but as soon as you hit big like $1000 they limit you to 200$ minimum cash out in 24hrs but you can’t even make another redemption until the first one is approved which I’ve been waiting two weeks now just for the first partial redemption of the $1000. I’ve talked to support and the account manager and they’ve all given me bs excuses saying delays are happening but my friend redeemed 100$ and got his approved within 12hrs and then got his money within 24hrs in his bank account so they are lieing thieves. Scammers!
The casino has a good RTP but the problem is the redemption process it takes well over a month to get your money I have been hearing this for a while decided to try myself and what do you know I've been having $100 pending since February 15th and it keeps telling me oh just be patient just be patient I would not recommend this casino

I’m starting to believe Cashoomo is running a type of fraud where they’re trying to hold onto every dollar of yours for as long as possible win or lose to collect on the interest of everyone’s cumulative money they’re holding onto. There really isn’t a logical explanation outside of that at this point after this length of time of paying everyone $100-$200 every 1-4 weeks.
They’ve been sending out emails showing people who have had a big $50,000 win to entice you to deposit. Yet not included in those emails was the disclosure that if you even managed to win that much, it would take 10-20 years to get it at the amounts and rates of which they let you withdraw.
EVERY other social casino is able to process redemptions quickly and for almost any amount. That means this IS by design.
They’ve been telling us for almost a year now of suffering through this problem that they’re “working” on a solution. Which they’re clearly not. This could be figured out with a phone call to CoinFlo. Clearly they do not want to do that bc they’re enjoying the fruits of the interest gained on the likely millions of dollars they’re holding onto of everyone’s money. Enough is enough. Resolution is needed and we need to be paid in a timely manner.
Games here are fun and can win highly they take long to pay, took them 7 days to process my redemption but when they finally processed it it was in my account the next day
