The level of rudeness of your ground security staff is totally unprecedented… they speak to people like dogs. It wouldn’t hurt to be polite. Just unbelievable - the sky priority lane shouldn’t be such a mess as it was this morning at 6.30am on the K door. Please train your staff to be courteous and not scream or attempt to bully passengers!!!
