I had one hour 25 minutes to connect to my next flight and I MISSED IT because of CDG buses between terminals. If they told you that it's so long (50 minutes to go from E to D) I could have walked out and gone through security again in half that time. The agents just said "oh you will be ok", then when challenged they said "there's nothing we can do". Pitiful service. I want a refund from CDG for my missed flights.

Horrible airport if you have young children. Currently queuing for 45 minutes in the 'family' queue for passport control. Still nowhere near the front of the queue. Probably have another half an hour to go. No consideration at all for young families.
This is the worst Airport that I have ever visited, the staff were unhelpful where families were concerned. We were being penalised as families, where ever we have been in the world they look after families with small children but not in Charles de Gaulle airport, It took approximately 2 hours to go through passport control, they had 3 flights arrive at the same time and only 2 Border control open, The managers should get their backside kicked for this, instead of the children being happy and excited they were crying and very upset at the wait we had to endure. I tried to ask the manager for help with my three Grandchildren who 2 of them were under 2 and they weren’t bothered. There answer was if you don’t like it don’t come to France. Our Taxi that we had booked had to leave us, we paid an awful lot of money for two cars with 2 baby seats and a booster to take us to our hotel, we had to squeeze 9 into a van with only 1 seat for 1 of the babies and a booster seat very upset by the whole experience, very very stressful for all of us. They have got what they said to us we will never be back to a country who treat people who have worked hard for there money and wish to spend it in their country and they proceed to treat us like cattle.
No food places! One of the workers says there was a McDonald after going through security DISCLAIMER: WHICH THERE WAS NOT! No food places! No allergy friendly, resulted in having to go to use a microwave to heat food up in which doesn’t work.Workers are rude and so are the people in the airport. I will never be coming here again and it’s a shame that this airport lets down its country sort it out because this country will lose a lot of tourists
Bit conflicted as the hard product of AF economy MNL-CDG was satisfactory it can even be described as good. But the security transfer staff at terminal 3 were excruciatingly slow. They made me miss my flight at 715 next AF flight is at 1455. While queuing there, we made it clear to them that we need to be prioritized but no they said it was going to be ok. Ha, the security staff who handled our bags was like the lovable sloth in Zootopia DMV. I wish I could laugh but I was at the receiving end of this service. Just wanted to point out that if your customer is being communicative and asking for help, please listen and try to address the issue so you don't cause undue delay like what happened to me and my family.
Took 2.5 hours to clear immigration!WiFi was reliable and free throughout. Decent connection train between terminals.Food, drink & duty free were more expensive than I expectedReally chaotic and unpleasant experience clearing immigration - 2.5 hours with a small child is difficult
One of the worst International airport. Totally chaotic, no organisation. Security totally overwhelmed, only 4 belts open out of 10. Hundreds of people getting stressed, and flights delayed as a consequence. We had to ask people to kindly let us pass or we would have missed flight. The staff are rude and less than useless. Got there 2 5 hrs before flight and just made final call
