🚨 WARNING – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS 🚨Our car was stolen while in the care of Park At Airport Ltd and their behaviour since has been nothing short of disgraceful.When we returned to Heathrow, we spent hours trying to contact them. Between 22:00 and 23:30 we made over 40 calls, most of which were cancelled by the company. When we finally got through, we were given a series of inconsistent stories – first that our car was locked in a unit they didn’t have keys for, then that they had lost our car key. The following morning, the manager told us the car “hadn’t been stolen” but that they didn’t want to “ruin our holiday” by telling us the truth. Hours later, they suddenly changed their story and claimed the car had been stolen.Since then, their response has been appalling:No response for weeks to our calls and emails.Refusal to provide insurance details.Incredibly rude behaviour – my wife was laughed at down the phone when asking for help.Completely untrustworthy – their accounts keep changing and they have shown zero accountability.On top of this, it is clear their reputation is artificially inflated. Their high ratings on comparison sites are padded with fake reviews – our experience shows the reality is very different.This is not just poor service – it is a company that should never be trusted with your vehicle.
