Extremely disappointing experience with no resolution.

I would rate this a 0 if it were an option. The shuttle bus was not in operation, and I was instructed to take a taxi with the promise of a refund. However, no refund was provided at that time, and I received no response to my email. Now, five months later, I am still without a refund.

Extremely disappointed with this service!

If I could rate this lower, I definitely would! I used a parking comparison service and chose a specific parking provider. Upon arrival, I found myself at a rundown hotel that seemed to be housing asylum seekers, with graffiti everywhere saying 'get out'. I parked on the grass nearby, as the area felt unsafe. I also had to pay an extra £6 each way for transfers. When I returned, the transport never showed up, as they had no drivers available! I was advised to take an Uber back, which cost me £33, and I was promised a refund within 4-5 days. After waiting 6 weeks, sending 3 emails, and making 2 phone calls, I have yet to see my money back. I strongly recommend steering clear of these companies and paying a little more to use the airport parking facilities.

Avoid this service at all costs

This service is a complete rip-off; please don't use it. On the day I parked, I was directed to a different location, essentially a muddy area behind a closed hotel. I was already uneasy. Then we were told the only transfer driver was stuck in traffic, and we were advised to take an Uber. On the return, they failed to respond, and when we finally got through, we were told the same excuse. The car was at yet another questionable location. It ended up costing much more, and the lack of reliability makes me believe this is a scam. Next time, I’ll pay extra for a trustworthy parking service.

Change in drop-off location

The drop-off location was changed, and I was only informed when I called 20 minutes prior. The new drop-off was at an old hotel parking lot. The collection process was a nightmare; I called at 16:15 and was finally picked up at 17:40 after several calls, only to find out the driver received the call at 17:20. Avoid this service!

Incompetent service - STAY AWAY

The drop-off was at a construction site behind a questionable truck stop, with no lighting or office present when I arrived. After numerous calls, someone finally showed up without any paperwork. If I had other options, I would have left immediately. It took over an hour to get from my car to the terminal. On my return, I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes from calling for the shuttle to getting my car back. Incompetent service - PLEASE AVOID.

Fraudulent service!

Fraudulent service! DO NOT USE! In addition to their fees, you’ll incur extra charges when you arrive, including parking fines from the drop-off location. I ended up with an additional £200 on top of using this service. Avoid them at all costs! On the day of my booking, they had relocated to a different hotel.

Booking through a comparison site led to issues

I booked parking through a comparison site for a flight from a major airport. On the day, I received a text indicating the car park had moved, raising my concerns. With no other options, I went to the new location, which looked abandoned and shady. I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place. After some confusion and waiting for assistance, I was approached by two individuals who handled the parking fee in a suspicious manner. I had to leave my car keys, which felt uncomfortable. Upon return, my car was dirty, and some drinks were missing. The service functioned, but it felt very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend it.

Unpleasant experience with ULEZ charges

I booked a spot and was directed to an abandoned hotel parking lot, which felt very unsafe for a woman alone. I encountered two individuals operating from a car boot, which made me uncomfortable. Upon returning home, I received two ULEZ charges for the time my car was in their care, and they refused to cover these. Please don't use these unreliable services.

STAY AWAY - NEVER PICKED UP

If I could rate this as zero, I would! I went through a parking comparison service and used a specific provider. I arrived at an abandoned hotel that seemed unsafe, with graffiti all around. I parked on the grass nearby since the site felt insecure. Upon arrival, I paid an extra fee for transfers. However, when I returned, no transport showed up because they had no drivers available! I was advised to take an Uber back, costing me £33, with a promise that they would refund me in a few days. After 6 weeks, multiple emails, and phone calls, I still haven't seen the money. My advice is to steer clear of these companies and spend a little more to park directly at the airport.
