When we dropped the car I was concerned when I saw them working out the back of a van. No office.We then got into the minibus to take us to the airport and they clearly had one more person in the bus than they legally should.On arrival back at Heathrow we waited for over an hour to be collected and no one showed. I kept calling and the company kept saying the bus was stuck at another terminal. In the end we had to order a uber back to the Holiday Inn to retrieve our car. We were told that we would be refunded the uber fare which I have never received. There was also a hidden £6 transfer cost either way added on the parking costs.I think the way they do it is that they probably don't collect anyone and so everyone has to get a taxi/uber.Holiday Inn should be ashamed to have these con artists in their car park and so should Compare the Market and Heathrow. Don't use them. Awful experience.
