The customer support is severely lacking. After using the app for two years, I've frequently encountered issues that I've had to resolve myself. The most recent problem involved a booking that didn't show up in my account after payment, and I couldn't modify it to reschedule. Instead of a full refund, I received a partial one, which feels unethical. Additionally, some locations lack adequate descriptions. Certain parking areas appear unsafe, making me uncomfortable sending anyone there alone. I suggest looking for a more dependable service with better customer support and a higher quality product. While the concept is appealing, the reliability is not there.
