For a company that’s whole brand is them saving a space for you after you book it, it’s pretty ironic to show up to a full car park and customer service tell you there’s nothing they can do.
There’s a barrier at the entrance to this car park, something also used as a key feature, however it does not appear to be used and customer service evades questioning on it. Can track how many spaces are available at any point of the day but can’t save a space for someone they have already entered an agreement with and taken payment from.

After two years of using the app, I'm disappointed with the customer support. Issues arise too frequently, and I've had to handle them myself. Recently, my booking did not appear after payment, and I couldn't reschedule. Instead of a full refund, I received only a partial one, which feels unethical. Some locations could use better descriptions, as a few seem unsafe. I recommend investing in a more reliable service that offers improved customer support and a better overall product. The concept is promising, but the execution is lacking.

Lack of assistance when issues arise

Do not expect any help if something goes wrong. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with them for booking problems. I tried reaching out via messaging and email, but received no response. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Unreliable service experience

I reserved a parking spot a week in advance but found no available spaces upon arrival, despite many being empty. The app prohibits parking elsewhere. Customer support was unhelpful, merely directing me to resolve it myself through an automated response. My first experience was completely unreliable, and I won't be using it again.

Unexpected extra charges

I booked to leave at 11 AM but departed earlier. Upon returning home, I was notified that I was still parked, and I had to pay an additional charge to end the session. I attempted to seek help through the app, but after an unhelpful chat, I was supposed to get in touch with a representative, yet no one responded.

Convenient booking for a concert

I attended a concert and found it easy to book a parking space on the same night. The booking and payment process was simple, and opening the barriers was straightforward. My only complaint was that the parking spaces were extremely small.

Not recommended

I cannot recommend this service. After parking my car for a two-week holiday, I discovered a large scratch on it upon collection. The company hides behind their terms and conditions. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. Also, they charge an additional fee for airport transfers, which wasn't disclosed at the time of booking. Be cautious!

Avoid this service!

I prepaid for parking while attending an event, thinking it would be straightforward, but ended up with a parking ticket. After appealing, I learned that the service I used did not have the authority to charge for those spaces. Their customer service claimed they would assist with the appeal, yet they never contacted the issuing company. If you're leaving a positive review immediately, wait a few weeks to see if a ticket arrives. Their automated responses are unhelpful—improve your service instead!

Avoid their locations

Stay away from their locations. You pay for parking, only to receive a fine later. When you dispute it, they ignore your claims and send a debt recovery notice. Don't just take my word for it—search online.
