Terrible experience, damaged car and rude staff who went onto refuse insurance details despite claiming (then retracting) that he was the manager.The cars are boxed in to such a degree they are touching each other. The vehicle they use to take you to the airport was dirty with broken plastic internal fittings, some held with sellotape and they rattle. When you try and speak with them to update your location for arrival and departure, they are rude and unclear with instructions. Customer communication is non existent and the attitude was appalling.
