Got stuck in a garage in Brussels trying to pay (the app only offered payments for holders of Belgian bank account). Then called support line and the Parkbee employee told me "I can't help you" and then hang-up on me. The solution was to get out of garage (bad reception) and refresh the app. Still, shockingly unprofessional support. I can only give you bad rating for this.
