I ordered an 'open-box' camera from Park Cameras. Just the lens cap was missing but there was a substantial price reduction making it an unmissable bargain.
Dispatch was the following day and on delivery the camera was very well packed and exactly as described. It had obviously been lightly used, possibly as the store's demo model or a customer return following trial, with time/date already set up along with other settings stored, and the shutter had been activated multiple times. However, it was in perfect condition and I wouldn't hesitate to buy an open-box or new camera again from Park Cameras.
David, Joe and Dimitris were extremely helpful. I had very positive exchanges with the trade-in team via email and the staff in store made the experience very easy. They part exchanged my current lens and helped me to fit my new one. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions thoughtfully, and did not make me feel rushed at all. This was my first time doing any shopping for my camera and as a beginner camera user they really put me at ease and explained everything to me. Thank you so much for making it so easy!
