This company is an absolute joke, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. First they notify of a delay to delivery, then no delivery, then no way to claim a refund to 30 days, then the refund is confirmed but not sent, then they ask you to claim the money paid via your bank. Whatever you do, do not make the same mistake I have made. However I will not give it up and intend to make an example of this company.

Just to expand on my review, I have since found a dedicated Facebook group with over 1000 aggrieved purchasers all sharing similar experiences. It appears the only way to get your money back is via a denuncia. That will be my next step.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my online purchase from your website on December 26, 2025. My order #489624 for an amount of 536.44€ was confirmed, but the item turned out to be unavailable.

Subsequently, instead of initiating a standard refund process to my original payment method (the credit card used for the purchase), I received a highly unusual and concerning email from you. This email instructed me to file a formal "chargeback" or dispute with my bank using specific reason codes (Visa 13.1 / Mastercard 4853).

I must state clearly that this is not standard business practice. A legitimate company processes refunds directly. Advising a customer to initiate a bank chargeback is highly irregular and is typically seen as a red flag for fraudulent activity. A chargeback results in significant fees for the merchant and harms your business standing with payment processors.

I have all documentation, including the order confirmation and your problematic email, ready to provide to both my bank and relevant consumer protection authorities.

My final request to you is this: Is there any possibility to resolve this refund issue directly and amicably without the need for me to escalate this matter to a formal bank dispute or legal action?

I expect a substantive response and a clear, immediate plan for the full refund of 536.44€ to the original card. Please resolve this within the next 5 business days and contact me by email

Unacceptable treatment from the company.

The treatment from the company is completely unacceptable. Since August 2025, they have been retaining €1,036.21 from my order. I have sent multiple emails that they consistently ignore, they do not respond to phone calls, and they have also ignored my messages on social media. They have left me without my money and without the product, forcing me to maintain a "store credit" on their platform that I did NOT request, which is against Consumer Law. Due to their silence and lack of professionalism, I have already filed a FORMAL REPORT with the authorities for misappropriation of funds. My bank and the Consumer Office are aware of this situation. I will not rest until my money is refunded to my account. Other customers should be warned: if you encounter an issue, the company will vanish with your funds. RETURN MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!

Why hasn't my mobile phone been sent on the second scheduled date? The fraud team has not addressed the situation as promised. Is my mobile being specially made or not? Please refund my money; I will purchase from another company that honors their commitments. When I try to call, there’s no answer, and I receive no replies to my emails. More than a month later, still no updates on my order

It has been over a month since I placed the order, and I haven't received any updates for about 10 days. It's been almost 20 days since I canceled it, and there's been no information regarding a refund. The only communication method has been email, and I've barely received any responses, which seem automated. 18/12/2025: In response to your reply, I requested the cancellation and refund on the 1st; now it’s the 18th, which is 4 days past the promised timeframe. I made the payment via a specific method, so I don't think it should take much longer to process the refund through the same means.

Frustrating experience with lost funds

They took my payment but never delivered my order. After waiting two months with no delivery, I canceled. They claimed to have processed a refund, but the money never appeared. When I asked for proof of the transaction, their support absurdly replied that their message was proof of the refund. This feels like a fraud attempt. I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my funds. I strongly advise against using this service.

Ongoing issues with my case

I didn't expect to have so many updates while reviewing my experience. I’ve requested the company to stop sending apologies and excuses regarding my refund. I paid instantly, so my refund should be too. If they keep making excuses, I will consider legal action. I have also asked for details of their owner and financial head, but they haven’t provided any. I've shared my experience with a national newspaper for investigation. Be aware that this service may treat you similarly, as reflected in the numerous reviews.

Delivery took far too long

I placed my order on October 24, but it wasn't delivered until December 1, despite the item being in stock. I received numerous excuses. Only when my bank got involved did they finally ship the item. Be cautious; you might lose your money with this service.
