The amenities in the park are very good, and the staff are helpful and friendly, which made our overall experience more pleasant. However, the accommodation was disappointing on arrival due to cleanliness issues.
We found breadcrumbs on the kitchen worktop, a toothbrush left in the toilet from a previous guest, as well as toys and a glass bottle left behind in the bedroom. This clearly indicated that the lodge had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. Additionally, the sofas looked very dirty, and we felt uncomfortable using them without covering them with a duvet.
While the park itself and the staff are great, the standard of cleanliness in the accommodation needs significant improvement.
