Don't like the new system of bronze silver gold caravans ,it does not highlight the caravan you will get , shower door handles need to be on outside,get rid of the sliding doors,I couldn't get in caravan I booked ,and this year had to pay £25 on top just to ensure I could ,change the shower doors they dated and don't work for larger people,seems they want to sign you up to designated parking more than the accomadation, you staying in and showers you can actually get into ,took forever to Call up and ensure this year I will have a caravan shower I can fit in this year for extra cost of £25 not happy

I could not manage to book on line as the page was not letting me finish so telephoned them direct and spoke to a lovely man who finalised my booking in just a few minutes and was very polite,friendly and efficient..thankyou
I made a booking for myself, wife,daughter and grandson. Since making the booking have been notified that I will have a long awaited hospital appointment. When ringing to say that I wouldn't be arriving at the same time as my wife and daughter was told that I could change the lead name.AT A COST OF £40.

Booking the holiday went great, having to use yoti to do an online id check is a nope from me, there t&c’s state
In specific cases, such as manual identity checks, your data may be accessed remotely by Yoti’s security centre in India. This access is subject to strict legal safeguards, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
So my info can be sent to India to have someone manually look over my info.
I don’t think so, when I booked the holiday there was no link to the yoti t&c’s which I don’t agree too and there for can not complete there online id check

Edit done the live chat to send them a letter instead took 20-30 min to do, why is this not another option which people can choose and not have to use the live chat
The process was not straightforward. The caravan we initially wanted was repeatedly declined, and ultimately, it showed as sold out. I ended up booking a more expensive option, only to find that the original cheaper one was back online just two hours later. It makes me wonder if this was done for a more profitable sale.
The booking process seemed straightforward, but it was somewhat unclear about the availability of decking. I believed I had booked a place with decking for my dog's benefit, only to receive a confirmation stating there was none. There was no phone number to make changes, just a 'chat' option. However, when I tried to find the chat feature at the bottom right corner of the booking page, it wasn't there. After some searching, I located a phone number, but it was automated and directed me back to the non-existent 'chat' option on my booking page. 😡😡
I am still waiting for a response regarding our disappointing stay in October. I had no chance to voice my concerns after having to complain here, as there is no direct way to reach the company. I will be initiating a chargeback with my bank since the service I paid for was definitely not delivered.
I have visited two lovely sites multiple times. Both are well-managed, clean, and tidy, with excellent reception and maintenance teams, especially the first location. The caravans and lodges are delightful (I always opt for the newer ones and specifically request certain lodges, paying a bit extra for that choice). While there have been occasional issues, like a malfunctioning fridge or heating, or figuring out how to operate the electric oven, these instances have been rare. Once, there was a water system issue that caused minor flooding in a brand new caravan (I was the first guest!). I handled it well despite a rough night. However, the staff were always courteous and helpful. On the flooding incident, I was offered a new caravan or a complimentary voucher for a future stay, and I chose the voucher. Having read many negative reviews, I am starting to question their authenticity, as I have never encountered a dirty or smelly accommodation, nor have I had any issues with staff communication (including after-hours support). Any problems have always been quickly addressed. I plan to keep returning to these two locations, as I think they, along with their staff and accommodations, are all fantastic. Thank you to everyone!
