AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I called them beforehand to inform them of my arrival, but after several attempts, someone finally picked up. Upon our arrival at the airport, there was no one there to greet us, resulting in an additional 40-50 minute wait, plus unexpected parking fees! Once we returned to the country, I contacted them immediately after landing to ensure the car would be ready. When we reached the drop-off point, no one was there again. After another call, I was informed they needed to locate a driver, which took nearly an hour! We were left waiting in freezing temperatures. The driver finally arrived, parked in a restricted area, and rushed me to get to him. Now, I expect to receive a parking fine due to their negligence. What started as a £107.00 service is likely to end up costing me nearly £200! TERRIBLE SERVICE & they overcharge! I did not receive the meet and greet service I paid for!
