I strongly advise against using this service! I called ahead to inform them of my arrival, but after several attempts, someone finally answered. However, when we reached the airport, there was no one there to greet us, leading to an additional 40-50 minute wait and unexpected parking fees! Upon returning to the country, I contacted them immediately after landing to ensure the car would be ready. When we arrived at the drop-off point, no one was there again. After another call, I was told they needed to find a driver, which took nearly an hour! We were left in freezing temperatures. The driver eventually arrived, having parked in a restricted area, and rushed me to him. Now, I expect to receive a parking fine due to their negligence. What started as a £107.00 service is likely to end up costing me nearly £200! TERRIBLE SERVICE & they overcharge! I did not receive the meet and greet service I paid for!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked a meet and greet service for our honeymoon lasting 19 days. Upon arriving at the airport, we called the number provided and were directed to a hotel to park, where we were told to pay £12 by bank transfer for the lift, which was supposed to cover our return. While away, we confirmed our booking for meet and greet service. Unfortunately, our flights were canceled, and we spent 48 hours traveling home. I contacted them with notice about our situation, and they agreed to waive extra parking charges due to the cancellations. We requested the meet and greet service for our return, but they stopped responding on WhatsApp. Upon arriving back, we followed the instructions and called them. An hour later, still no vehicle. We had to explain our situation multiple times to the same person, who seemed disorganized. When the car arrived, the driver tried to charge us for extra days. We had to pay £7.50 upon leaving the parking area, and our car was muddy with slow punctures. Some snacks we left in the car had been eaten. Stay away! You definitely get what you pay for. I wish we had paid for on-site parking!
Avoid this service at all costs! It was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. The instructions for drop-off were poor, and we waited 30 minutes to be dropped off at the terminal. On our return, we waited nearly an hour to be picked up, and our vehicle was returned to us in a filthy condition, both inside and out. Do not use this company.
This service was absolutely terrible. We booked and paid for drop-off and pick-up. On the day, they informed us they don't service foreign registered cars, despite having the car details beforehand. During pick-up, we waited a long time in the cold for a driver to come in a subpar vehicle. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
This is an absolute rip-off! I paid for meet and greet service, but was told to drive to their premises and take a cab due to traffic. After refusing multiple times, they finally met us at the terminal. On the return, we were told to meet them at their premises instead of the airport. We landed at 7 AM with a baby and refused. They agreed to cover taxi costs but never followed through! When we reached the hotel, they expected us to walk to their reception with two large suitcases and a baby. The manager hung up on us, and when our car finally arrived, it was driven recklessly, with no apologies. The driver just handed over the keys and said to speak to his manager. I've called multiple times, and no one has returned my calls! Do not use this service; they are terrible. I would give zero stars if I could!
I booked parking with the company and paid in full in advance. Following the instructions, I attempted to contact them 45 minutes prior to my arrival. I called 17 times without any response. Upon reaching the provided address, I continued trying to contact them, but there was still no reply or anyone present. Due to their complete lack of communication and failure to provide the service I paid for, I had to find alternative parking at an additional cost. The service I received was unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard. I did not receive what I paid for, and I expect a full refund immediately. This experience was extremely frustrating and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I strongly recommend reviewing their operational and customer service practices, as this level of service is entirely unacceptable. I expect confirmation of my refund urgently.
We arrived at a hotel with no sign of a parking service. After questioning why a hotel would allow this operation, a man finally showed up claiming to be from the parking service. We were taken to the airport in a damaged vehicle, and I was forced to pay an additional charge. Upon returning, we waited 45 minutes for collection, only to find the driver was in the wrong location. My car was returned covered in mud, and I had to stop to clean it. I also received a bill for an overstay. My car is compliant with regulations, so I shouldn't have had to pay these fees. This is an unprofessional operation. DO NOT USE!
