I booked parking with the company and paid in full in advance. Following the instructions, I attempted to contact them 45 minutes prior to my arrival. I called 17 times without any response. Upon reaching the provided address, I continued trying to contact them, but there was still no reply or anyone present. Due to their complete lack of communication and failure to provide the service I paid for, I had to find alternative parking at an additional cost. The service I received was unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard. I did not receive what I paid for, and I expect a full refund immediately. This experience was extremely frustrating and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I strongly recommend reviewing their operational and customer service practices, as this level of service is entirely unacceptable. I expect confirmation of my refund urgently.
