If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked a meet and greet service for our honeymoon lasting 19 days. Upon arriving at the airport, we called the number provided and were directed to a hotel to park, where we were told to pay £12 by bank transfer for the lift, which was supposed to cover our return. While away, we confirmed our booking for meet and greet service. Unfortunately, our flights were canceled, and we spent 48 hours traveling home. I contacted them with notice about our situation, and they agreed to waive extra parking charges due to the cancellations. We requested the meet and greet service for our return, but they stopped responding on WhatsApp. Upon arriving back, we followed the instructions and called them. An hour later, still no vehicle. We had to explain our situation multiple times to the same person, who seemed disorganized. When the car arrived, the driver tried to charge us for extra days. We had to pay £7.50 upon leaving the parking area, and our car was muddy with slow punctures. Some snacks we left in the car had been eaten. Stay away! You definitely get what you pay for. I wish we had paid for on-site parking!
