A month later I received a £170 debt recovery notice because ParkDock never registered my vehicle with the parking operator.The parking operator confirmed the issue was entirely on ParkDock’s side. ParkDock then gave me a random mobile number and told me to “just message them” to fix it. Completely unprofessional.When I called the number, I was told clearly that ParkDock caused the problem, ParkDock must resolve it, and I should not be paying anything. Yet ParkDock continued trying to push the responsibility onto me.I paid for a simple service. They failed to deliver it, and their mistake triggered a debt collection letter. Instead of fixing their error, they tried to make me chase around on WhatsApp numbers.This has been stressful, time-wasting, and completely avoidable.If you value your time and money, do not use ParkDock.
