I had a terrible experience with this service.After collecting my luggage at the airport, I called the contact person as instructed. They said the driver would call me shortly, but I waited for more than 30 minutes and no one contacted me until I called again to follow up.I clearly mentioned that there were 3 people, 3 large suitcases, and 3 small suitcases, but the driver showed up with a Kia 5-seater, and the trunk was already half filled with a plastic basket full of stuff. It was obvious that even two large suitcases wouldn’t fit. In the end, one big suitcase had to be placed on the back seat, my 9-year-old son had to hold that plastic basket, and I had to keep a small suitcase at my feet in the front seat just to make room. It was extremely uncomfortable.When we finally arrived at the parking lot, they told us that our actual car was parked in another parking area and that another driver was bringing it over — we just needed to wait 10 minutes. But we ended up waiting for a full hour, standing outdoors in 12°C cold and strong wind before the car finally arrived.From the moment I made the first phone call until I could finally drive my own car, it took almost two full hours — absolutely unacceptable!Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, I realized my Android Auto cable had been stolen. I had no choice but to use the in-car navigation system, which was outdated and led me through closed and incorrect routes.Yes, the service may be cheap, but the experience was absolutely awful. I would never recommend this service to anyone!
