We booked a meet and greet at Heathrow T3 for 6am. When we called to be met we were told T3 was too busy and we had to drive out of the airport to a Holiday Inn to park the car. We were then so late we had to take an Uber to T3. We messaged ParkDock prior to our return to insist they met us as per our agreement and they confirmed they would. Once we collected the luggage we rang as arranged to be told to meet them at the drop off zone. We refused and said we had paid for meet and greet. Eventually the car arrived but we had to take the driver back to the Holiday Inn. When we got home there was a Penalty Notice to say our car had been used at T4 when we were on a plane at T3. Pretty sure using our car is illegal. We contacted ParkDock who said they would pay the fine but they have not done this so we have had to appeal the fine. Do not use this company, they are useless and their attitude stinks when you talk to them.
