We booked with ParkDock for parking near Heathrow because their website clearly stated they provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport. This turned out to be completely false.On our departure day, we arrived expecting the advertised shuttle service. Instead, they told us the bus was "broken down" and offered us alternatives like getting our own Uber.On our return, things got even worse. After we landed and called them, we were made to wait two hours. Every time we called, they claimed it would be just 20 minutes. When they finally arrived, they did not take us to their car park as promised — instead, they drove our car directly to Heathrow Short Stay Car Park. This forced us to pay extra charges just to retrieve our own car.This company is dishonest and unprofessional. They mislead customers with false advertising, provide poor communication, and cost you extra money. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and expense — book elsewhere.
