Extremely frustrated. I would give them zero stars if possible. I ordered four beautiful wool cardigans, assuming they were shipped from the US. However, my package took much longer than expected and was shipped from overseas. The items received looked like low-quality merchandise, packaged in a plastic bag with a cardboard insert that had tool images. Two items were the correct size and color, but the other two were two sizes too large. The cardigans had tags on the outside and lacked any branding. Returning them is not feasible due to high shipping costs. I'm truly disappointed and cannot recommend this service.
