I was really surprised 😮 at the quality of the coat, it is lovely. It does run very, very small. I was quite sure I ordered a 2XL, but instead I received a size 3XL which is great. I normally wear a 1XL. Most of these clothes online theses i have learned are for and made by small petite individuals.
Do not place your trust in this entity! If you do receive any products, there's a high chance they will be incorrect in terms of size, item, color, or description. While the company claims to offer returns, it's not a practical option as the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may surpass the original order cost. They present themselves as a business that provides quality products at reasonable prices, but the reality is that the items are poorly constructed, allowing them to profit even when issuing partial refunds without requiring the actual return of products. Exercise caution!
Highly disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered four lovely wool cardigans, thinking they were shipped from the US. However, they took much longer and came from overseas. The quality was subpar, resembling low-end items, packaged poorly. Out of four, only two were correct in size and color, while the others were two sizes too large. Returning them isn’t feasible due to high shipping costs. I am truly dissatisfied and cannot recommend this service, irrespective of their seemingly professional website.
Disappointing experience. The shoes took over a month to arrive, and when they finally did, they came in plastic bags without any boxes, emitting a terrible odor! My entire home now smells like burnt rubber. I can't seem to get rid of the smell, which is nauseating. The shoes are of very poor quality! I've reported this to the appropriate authorities for fraud.
Misleading sizing. I ordered a men's XL sweater and received something that seems made for a young teen. I've requested a refund multiple times and only received a partial amount back. I wasn’t reimbursed for shipping or taxes. This service feels like a scam. Don't waste your money.
Extremely frustrated. I would give them zero stars if possible. I ordered four beautiful wool cardigans, assuming they were shipped from the US. However, my package took much longer than expected and was shipped from overseas. The items received looked like low-quality merchandise, packaged in a plastic bag with a cardboard insert that had tool images. Two items were the correct size and color, but the other two were two sizes too large. The cardigans had tags on the outside and lacked any branding. Returning them is not feasible due to high shipping costs. I'm truly disappointed and cannot recommend this service.
