Highly disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered four lovely wool cardigans, thinking they were shipped from the US. However, they took much longer and came from overseas. The quality was subpar, resembling low-end items, packaged poorly. Out of four, only two were correct in size and color, while the others were two sizes too large. Returning them isn’t feasible due to high shipping costs. I am truly dissatisfied and cannot recommend this service, irrespective of their seemingly professional website.
