Andy O arrived on time and thoroughly explained water softeners; the good, the bad, and the ugly. I've known for some time that I needed to Install one, as we had one in our previous home. They will install the new softener this afternoon! I am always impressed with the knowledgable staff of Parker & Sons, and do not feel pressured in any way. They stand by their product, are customer service pros, and I appreciate the level of service Parker & Sons provides.
